Lead lists for staffing & recruiting agencies

We find the reqs.
You wreck the competition.

When a job has been open 30 to 60 days, the employer has usually tried to fill it on their own and it isn't working. We call that a wreck. REQWRECK finds every one in your metro, along with the person doing the hiring, so you can call with candidates.

$297 for one list, or $150/month for a fresh one every month.

Stop prospecting companies that don't need you.

Job boards are mostly noise

There are thousands of postings, and plenty of them get filled next week or were never real to begin with. You can scroll them all day and still not know who to call.

Cold lists don't tell you much

A list of every manufacturer in town doesn't say which ones need help right now.

A wrecked req tells you who needs help

If a job has been open for 30 to 60 days, the company has tried on its own and it isn't working. Those are the people who pick up the phone.

How a req turns into a wreck

Day 1

They post the job and wait for the applications to roll in.

This is who answers your call.

How the wrecking works

  1. 01

    Pick your metro

Tell us where you recruit. Each list covers one metro.

  2. 02

    We find the wrecks

We pull the current postings in your metro, cut out staffing agencies and duplicate reposts, and keep the jobs that have been open 30 to 60 days.

  3. 03

    We find the people

For each company we look for the person doing the hiring, usually someone in HR or talent acquisition or the hiring manager, and find their work email.

  4. 04

    You clean up

Call them with a real reason to talk, a job they haven't been able to fill, and offer them candidates.

The wrecking yard

Every scan runs the postings in your metro through the same checks. Only the wrecks make it out the other side.

20,081postings pulled in
2,043staffing-agency ads pulled out
1,855reposts and duplicates shredded
30-60days open, or it doesn't get through
1,268wrecks made it out

Counts from our latest scan of each metro.

What you pull from the wreckage

  • The company and the job they're trying to fill
  • How long it's been posted
  • Other jobs they have open right now
  • Pay, when the employer posts it
  • A short "why now" note to open the call with
  • The hiring contact's name and title
  • Their work email, and how it was checked
  • Phone and LinkedIn, when available
  • The company website and a link to every posting

Not every company has a hiring contact we can find. Each list tells you how many do, and the rest still come with the company, the job and a link to the posting. We never guess at contacts. You get the list as an Excel spreadsheet by email, and it's also on your order page.

Names and emails are partly hidden here, but your list has them in full. Data as of September 28, 2026.

One placement pays for years of lists.

A single placement is usually worth thousands in fees, and a list is $297. If one conversation out of a whole metro turns into a client, the list has paid for itself.

30-60 days

That's long enough for a req to turn into a wreck, and recent enough that the job is still real. We drop anything older than 60 days.

No agencies

We take out postings from other staffing firms, so every company on the list is an employer you could work with.

A real person

Wherever we can, you get a named hiring contact, checked against the company, instead of a generic careers inbox.

Before you wreck

What do I actually get?

An Excel spreadsheet of the employers in your metro with a job that's been open 30 to 60 days, ranked by how hard they seem to be finding someone. Each row has the company, the job, days open, other open jobs, pay when posted, a short note on why now, the hiring contact where we found one (name, title, work email, sometimes phone and LinkedIn) and a link to the posting.

How fresh is it?

Postings are pulled when your list is built. If your metro hasn't been scanned in the last few days, we run a new scan first, which adds about 15 minutes. Your order page shows each step.

What kinds of jobs are on it?

Skilled trades and light industrial: welders, CNC machinists, millwrights, maintenance techs, electricians, HVAC techs, diesel and automotive mechanics, warehouse and forklift workers, CDL drivers, production and assembly workers, general laborers and similar hourly roles.

Where do the contacts come from?

We get them from business contact data providers and the employer's own website, and check them against the company. Some companies don't have a hiring contact we can find. Your list tells you how many do, and we never make one up.

Is Monthly Wreck the same list every month?

No. Your metro is scanned again every cycle. Jobs that got filled drop off, jobs that crossed 30 days since last month come in, and contacts are refreshed.

Can I cancel Monthly Wreck?

Anytime, from your order page. You keep every list you've already received.

What if the list isn't useful?

If fewer than 20 companies on it are ones you're not already working with, just tell us and we'll refund you in full. There's no form and no time limit.

When do I get it?

Delivered as a spreadsheet by email the same day, usually within a few hours of payment. It also shows up on your private order page.
